About Us

Vista Notes, a Hollister California based company specializing in scenic note cards, photographs, and calendars, was established in 2005 by Rochelle Fischer.  Rochelle is a self-taught photographer whose marketing background and business experience led her to develop Vista Notes to showcase her favorite images.

Our vibrant cards make lovely gifts for teachers, hostesses, and anyone who writes notes.  Business people will find them useful for thanking their customers as well as for giving as gifts.  The cards are also suitable for framing.

Individual cards make wonderful all-occasion cards suitable for thank-you notes, gift cards, and "thinking of you" cards.  Slightly bigger than 4 x 6 inches, they are also the perfect size to send photos to friends and family.  Our cards can be used with your traditional hand-written note or they can be run through your computer printer to create your own custom greeting card, invitation, or thank you note.

We currently have over 80 different cards to choose from.  Our products are sold through our website, in select stores, and at art shows in Central California.

Vista Notes & the Environment

At Vista Notes we strive to provide beautiful products while using the most environmentally friendly practices possible.

  • Our products are not imported and most are printed here in California.  We employ local sources as much as possible to support our local economy as well as reduce greenhouse gases caused by long-distance transportation.

  • Our cards and envelopes are made from recycled paper sources.

  • Inks used on our cards are soy-based and non-toxic.

  • Our cards are finished with a water-based non-toxic coating.

  • Our cards, envelopes, and calendars are recyclable.

  • Our Specialty Framed Prints keep old windows out of landfills.  The window frames are sealed to preserve the antique look and to protect indoor air quality.
